MQTT/JSON to Modbus
More flexible conversion between different protocols
When used as an MQTT gateway, devices can send serial data to an MQTT server using the MQTT protocol via transparent transmission. Supported servers include Baidu Cloud MQTT, Alibaba Cloud MQTT, China Mobile OneNet, etc. The acquired Modbus RTU data or custom serial data can be parsed into JSON format and packaged into an MQTT data packet for transmission.
When used as a JSON data acquisition gateway, devices can be connected to data acquisition instruments via an RS485 connection, then automatically acquire data, convert it to JSON format, and finally send it to a server. The acquired data supports Modbus RTU 645 instruments version 97, 645 instruments version 07, as well as various custom RS485 protocols. The format of the uploaded data can be configured via the host, and the JSON transmission protocol can be the MQTT protocol, HTTP POST protocol, HTTP GET protocol, etc.
Protection, Safety, and Stability
Built-in power supply and signal isolation provide stable isolation voltage with high reliability and strong interference immunity. Built-in TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode) effectively suppresses surges and transient voltage spikes in the circuit, lightning protection, and ESD protection. Built-in self-resetting fuse and protection diode ensure stable current and voltage output, prevent overcurrent and overvoltage, and improve shock resistance.
