A small LIN bus to USB converter. The module does not require any drivers to operate; when connected to a PC, it functions as a virtual COM port.
The LIN bus is used e.g. in cars to control mirrors, window switches, intelligent alternators, and some sensors also send data via the LIN bus, e.g. air-conditioning pressure sensors. The converter makes it possible to listen to the data transmitted in the car and to generate your own in order to check the operation of the modules outside the car. An instrument not to be replaced when repairing car electronics.
