Operation
The E-TEN1221 switch operates in a DPST (Double Pole Single Throw) configuration, allowing it to turn two independent electrical circuits on or off simultaneously with a single lever movement. This solution is often used where simultaneous disconnection of the phase and neutral wire or two separate power lines is required.

Installation

How to connect the E-TEN1221 switch?
The E-TEN1221 switch has four screw terminals numbered 1, 3, 4 and 6. Inside, there are two independent contacts switched simultaneously (DPST).
- ON position: terminal 1 is connected to 3, and terminal 4 with 6.
- OFF position: both circuits are disconnected – between terminals 1–3 and 4–6 there is no connection.
The switch allows for simultaneous switching on or off of two independent circuits. It is often used to disconnect the phase and neutral wire, switch two power lines, or control two circuits at the same time.
