The USB to 4CH RS485/422 converter is an advanced industrial device that enables the conversion of USB to RS485/422 signals with full isolation. It uses the original FT4232HL chip to provide fast, stable and reliable connections, ideal for applications requiring high quality communication. Equipped with a variety of protective circuits such as power isolation, ADI magnetic isolation and transient voltage suppressor (TVS), this converter guarantees safety and durability in harsh industrial environments. The aluminium housing not only adds durability, but also facilitates installation thanks to its ability to be wall- or rail-mounted.
Offering easy operation thanks to an automatic transmit/receive circuit without delay, the converter enables fast and reliable communication between the USB port and various interfaces, without mutual interference. With advanced protection features such as TVS diodes, a self-correcting fuse and protection diodes, the converter provides stable current and voltage outputs, as well as overload and overvoltage protection. LED indicators allow monitoring of power and data transmission status, further enhancing user convenience.
