The Waveshare PCIe TO 2.5G ETH Board (C) module allows you to add an ultra-fast 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port via the PCIe interface. Based on the reliable RTL8125 chip, the card requires no additional driver installation in the Raspberry Pi OS (Plug & Play). Thanks to the side-mounting solution with an acrylic base, the module does not block access to the top of the Raspberry Pi, facilitating cooling and the installation of other accessories.

Direct PCIe Connection

The module connects to the Raspberry Pi 5 using a 16-pin flexible cable, utilizing the high-speed PCIe Gen2 interface. This ensures minimal latency and maximum throughput.

High-performance RTL8125 Controller

The use of the original Realtek RTL8125 chip guarantees stable operation and full system support for Raspberry Pi OS without the need for manual driver compilation.

Smart Side-mounting

The kit includes a transparent acrylic plate that allows the card to be mounted on the side of the Raspberry Pi 5. This solution does not increase the height of the setup and does not block the airflow over the processor.

Power Supply Methods

By default, the card is powered directly via the PCIe cable, eliminating the need for additional wires.
