Radar module 24GHz LD2410B with Bluetooth (Hilink)
LD2410B is a high-sensitivity 24GHz (FMCW) millimeter-wave radar module from Hilink, designed for precise human presence detection. Thanks to advanced algorithms, it can identify both moving and stationary objects (e.g., micro-movements during breathing), offering a maximum range of up to 6 meters. The device supports UART communication and a high-speed GPIO digital output, and also allows for convenient configuration of zones and sensitivity via a PC application or wirelessly via Bluetooth.

Hardware description and pinout
The module has only 5 pins with a pitch of 1,27 mm. Powering the system requires a voltage of 5 V with a current capacity of at least 200 mA. The logic pins (IO) operate at the 3,3 V standard, which allows for easy connection with most popular microcontrollers.

Configuration and calibration
The manufacturer provides dedicated PC software (Visual Configuration Tool) and a convenient mobile application that connects via the built-in Bluetooth module. They allow for real-time data visualization, easy tuning of radar sensitivity for individual distance gates, and precise setting of the hold time after movement ceases. To communicate with a PC, use a USB-UART converter (default baudrate is 256000 bps).
