OMRON MY2NJ 8-pin relay with 230V coil and 2 pairs of NO/NC contacts with 10A load capacity
The MY2NJ 230V AC relay comes with a DIN rail mounting base. The device is equipped with two independent contact pairs that can carry a maximum load of 5A each, offering NO/NC outputs. When the contacts are connected in parallel, the load capacity of the relay increases to 10A. The coil is suitable for 220-250VAC, while the active operation of the relay is indicated by an LED.
Application of the relay:
- Such relays are useful when it is necessary to connect loads larger than those recommended by the manufacturer to IoT devices.
- In situations where galvanic separation of the control system from the receiving device is required. For example, to adapt smart home controllers to devices with a potential-free output, which is beneficial when controlling gates. It can also be helpful when the IoT controller provides 230V AC at the output, and you want to switch to a lower voltage, such as 12V DC.
