MOES ZM-102-M Zigbee Tuya smart garage door controller
MOES ZM-102-M is a smart Zigbee controller designed for remote control of a garage door drive via the Tuya app. The module is equipped with a wired opening sensor, which allows for monitoring the current status of the door. Tuya Zigbee gateway required
The MOES ZM-102-M controller communicates via the Zigbee standard and does not connect directly to a WiFi router. A compatible Zigbee gateway operating in the Tuya ecosystem is required to add the device to the Tuya app and to use remote control and automation.

Compatibility and operating principle
The controller works with door drives equipped with an input designed for connecting an external control button. If the drive control panel has terminals that, when momentarily shorted, cause the door to open, stop, or close, the module can be connected in parallel to a traditional wall button.
Control is performed via an NO (Normally Open) relay output. Momentarily shorting the relay contacts simulates pressing the drive control button, so the module does not interfere directly with the door motor power supply system.
Door status sensor
The included wired magnetic sensor allows for monitoring the door position. This allows the app to inform the user about its current status, which can also be used when creating scenes and automations in the Tuya system.

FAQ – frequently asked questions
Does the controller show the exact position of the door?
No. The controller only informs whether the door is open or closed. It does not show the percentage of opening or the exact position of the door.
Will the controller be compatible with my door drive?
The controller is connected to the original drive control panel in the place intended for manual button control. Check your drive's manual to see if it has a Step-by-Step input, pulse input, or an input for an external button. If such an input is available, the controller should work with the drive.
Does the controller provide voltage to the output to the door?
No. The controller output is dry contact. The module only momentarily shorts the S1 and S2 contacts, sending a signal to the original door control panel corresponding to pressing the open or close button.
