Thanks to its IP65 ingress protection rating, it effectively protects electrical devices against rain, dust, and harsh environmental conditions. A soft, transparent window allows for convenient control of the modules without the need to open the cover, and the flame-retardant polycarbonate construction (class V-0) significantly increases the safety of the entire installation.

The EWPB model provides protection at the IP65 level, provided it is installed correctly and the cover is completely closed. Please note that once the flap is opened (e.g., to plug a device into the socket), the IP65 standard no longer applies. - Does the EWPB enclosure fit ORB series sockets?
Yes, the enclosure allows for the installation of ORB series sockets, but during their active use (plug connected), the cover must remain open.
